Types of Classes

Silver Sneakers

is designed for adults of all fitness levels, especially for those 65 or older. Enjoy a fun and engaging workout that improves strength, balance, flexibility, and cardiovascular health. A Silver Sneakers class will increase your energy and vitality, improve your mood and reduce stress. No prior fitness experience is required.

Chair Yoga

helps discover the gentle power of yoga without leaving your chair! This class is perfect for all levels including beginners, Seniors, and those with limited mobility. We'll explore gentle movements, seated poses and breathing exercises to increase flexibility, improve balance, reduce stress and boost your overall well-being.

Pilates

is a mind-body workout that uses precise movements, controlled breathing, and muscle engagement. Our goal is for you to see over all strength gains, improved core strength, increase flexibility and improvement in your balance and stability.

Pilates/Strength Class

Experience the best of both worlds while combining Pilates with strength training in our Pilates/Strength Class. This unique class combines the powerful, functional movements of strength training such as squats, hinges, pulls and pushes with the precision and flexibility benefits of Pilate exercises. This class is suitable for all levels

Strength In Motion

classes will be unique with each class and Instructor. The classes will include strength, cardio, mobility and core exercises. The classes are designed with the level of intensity being very individualized. We understand everyone is different and that is a good thing. These classes are suitable for all levels

Vinyasa/Toning Yoga

is a❞ creative form of yoga where poses are linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence." Vinyasa provides cardio and strength training as it links each breath to movement.

Hatha Yoga

is a slower, more meditative practice where poses may be held longer. Hatha
